Dash-Design provides a service where clients can sign up for a monthly subscription to request the creation of PowerBI dashboards. Each subscription allows clients to make one dashboard request at a time, which will typically be completed within 3 business days.
Clients must sign up for a subscription to access our services. The subscription fee will be charged monthly. Clients can cancel their subscription at any time.
Clients can submit dashboard requests through our platform. We aim to complete each request within 3 business days. However, completion times may vary depending on the complexity of the request and our current workload.
We understand the importance of protecting our clients’ data. Any data provided by clients for the creation of dashboards will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. We will not disclose or share this data with any third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.
Any dashboards created by Dash-Desing remain the intellectual property of the client. We do not claim any ownership rights over the content or data provided by clients for dashboard creation.
Dash-Design is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain.
Dash-Design reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services after any changes, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
